Service Description
Hideon VPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that helps protect your privacy and enables secure, anonymous internet browsing.
Subscriptions & Payment
Hideon VPN offers auto-renewing subscription plans, billed through Apple’s App Store.
By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your account according to the selected plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
Plans Offered
Weekly: $9.99/week, with a 3-day free trial
Yearly: $25.99/year (equivalent to ~$0.50/week)
Refund Policy
All subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed and billed through Apple’s App Store.
We do not process refunds directly, and all refund requests must be submitted via Apple Support at https://support.apple.com/billing.
Once a free trial ends and a paid subscription begins, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable under our terms, in accordance with Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Refunds are issued solely at Apple’s discretion.
We recommend cancelling your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Hideon VPN for:
Any illegal activities
Spamming or distribution of malicious content
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to networks or systems
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service for violations.
No Logging
We operate a strict no-logs policy. We do not monitor, record, or store any user activity, browsing history, or connection data.
Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, and content associated with Hideon VPN are the property of GUOLI LIGHTING COMPANY LIMITED and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the VPN will function in all countries or networks.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of Hideon VPN, including lost profits or data.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Vietnam.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates indicates your agreement with the revised Terms.
